We will study key concepts that govern our relationship with a bank. We will look in depth at the procedures we all need to know before we make transactions, such as useful tips on how to better manage our deposits, payroll, how we pay installments or any debts.<\/p>

Everything we need to know before we apply for a loan or that will help us achieve our loan settlement. Specifically we will see:<\/p>

Deposits, Loans, Cards, special forms of financing, investments, mutual funds, Treasury, Unrecognized Accounts, Contracts, IBAN Borrower Rating Criteria, Banking Ombudsman<\/p>

Yannis Apostolakis, MSc<\/p>

Giannis Apostolakis is an economist (an active member of the Economic Chamber of Greece) with a postgraduate degree in MSc in Banking, Banking and Certified Adult Trainer.<\/p>

He holds top certificates in providing financial advice and has more than 2,600 hours of suggestions, counseling and mentoring in banking, financial analysis, customer service, complaint management, administration, marketing, communication, time management, social economy, etc. He has been a Hellenic Aid partner for the training of third-country bankers and has been actively involved in conferences and talks on corporate and business actions.<\/p>

He has helped dozens of businesses with the role of a business plan consultant, market research, and staff training programs. He has been awarded the First Prize by the European Information Center for a study entitled \u201cEEC and Small and Medium Enterprises\u201d and other studies have been translated into English and included in European scientific publications.<\/p>
