Our Activities

The Training & Research Department focuses on three interconnected areas:

01 Training & Skills
Development

Design, organisation and delivery of training programmes, workshops, seminars and professional development activities aimed at developing technical, digital, green and transversal skills.

02 Research & Skills
Intelligence

Research, studies and analyses related to education, skills development and the changing needs of the labour market. Our activities include skills needs analysis, labour market research, identification of emerging competences and the development of evidence based recommendations for education and training.

03 European Projects &
Innovation

Design, development and implementation of European and international projects addressing education and training, digital transformation, sustainability, employability, social inclusion, active citizenship and local development. Through cooperation with educational institutions, research organisations, businesses, public authorities and civil society organisations, we transform emerging needs and innovative ideas into collaborative initiatives with meaningful and sustainable impact.
